These are the General Booking Conditions that will apply in the contractual relationships established between the Client and Camping Playa Brava, owned by Balade S.L., Tax Identification Number B58981523, tax address at Av. del Grau 1, Pals (Postcode 17256), telephone (+34) 972 63 68 94, email [email protected].
1. CONDITIONS OF THE BOOKING:
Through this website, Camping Playa Brava provides information on its services and their characteristics. It does so with the maximum possible diligence and accuracy. For greater security and guarantees for the Client, the information contained in the description of the services shall not be binding to them nor to Camping Playa Brava until acceptance of the booking is confirmed.
Through the web page www.playabrava.com, Balade S.L. offers the following services:
– Accommodation service (on a plot or in a mobile home)
The conditions and prices of the offered services are those that appear on the website at the time when the booking is confirmed. The prices of the services described in the website detail the applicable taxes. Before making payment, the Client can ascertain the details of these taxes. Camping Playa Brava may modify the prices without prior notice by publishing this on the website.
Making a booking entails acceptance of these conditions and compliance with the regulations in force.
At any time, without prior notice, Camping Playa Brava may modify these General Conditions, by publishing them in its website in order to inform the Clients. With the publication on the website of the modifications made it will be understood that the duty to notify them to the Clients has been met.
Clients must respect the rules of operation and organisation established for the use of the Camping Playa Brava facilities.
2. BOOKING.
Camping Playa Brava has different types of accommodation that can be viewed through its website, giving the Client the option to make a booking using the form provided for the purpose.
The booking will not be handled until the Client presses the “Complete booking” box in the booking confirmation display. When the client has confirmed the booking, a booking confirmation page will appear. This can be printed as proof of the booking.
The Client can confirm or cancel the booking process at any time, and withdraw from the process. When the booking has been confirmed and payment made, the Client will receive a message of acceptance specifying the amounts paid and the booking details.
3. PAYMENT.
Booking payments must be made by credit card or bank transfer.
To pay by credit card, Camping Playa Brava offers access to a secure space through the payment gateway of the Client’s bank, where they may enter their details to pay for the booking with total security.
If the payment by bank transfer option is chosen, this must be done within 3 days. If the transfer is not made within this period, their pre-booking will be considered cancelled. When the payment has been deposited, Camping Playa Brava will send a confirmation/proof of payment, which must be shown at Reception on the day of arrival.
For plot bookings, final payment must be made on the day of arrival.
For mobile home bookings, final payment must be made at least 15 days before arrival, using a link which you will receive by mail. If this payment is not made, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit will be lost.
DEPOSIT: on arrival, a deposit of €150 must be paid as a guarantee. This will be returned after the mobile home has been checked. If there is any damage, loss of objects or lack of cleaning, the appropriate amount will be charged.
No bank details entered in our website are stored.
The booking will not be considered to have been made until it has been checked that all the details provided are correct and payment by the Client has been confirmed.
4. CANCELLATIONS.
If a booking is cancelled for a reason attributable to Camping Playa Brava, whenever possible Camping Playa Brava will try to schedule a new date to replace the cancelled booking. If no option exists to change the date, Camping Playa Brava will refund the amount paid by the Client for the booking.
4.1 Booking plots.
Camping Playa Brava guarantees the booking until 12.00 p.m. on the day following the envisaged arrival date. If the client does not arrive, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be lost. If they wish to maintain the booking, they must notify us at [email protected], and the days that they had the plot prior to occupying it will be charged according to the minimum price in force (plot + 2 adults).
If the Client plans to leave on the envisaged date, they must pay 40% of the contracted services pending.
If the Client cancels the booking, Camping Playa Brava will refund the amount paid if the cancellation is notified to us at [email protected] at least 7 days before the arrival date. The cancellation costs (€30) and the bank costs will be charged to the client.
4.2 Booking Mobile homes.
There will be no reimbursement, refund or compensation in the case of delayed arrival or early departure.
Cancellations must be notified, in writing only, to [email protected], and the following costs will be charged:
– 10% of the total for the stay, if notified up to 30 days before the arrival.
– 20% of the total for the stay, if notified between 29 and 15 days before the arrival.
– 50% of the total for the stay, if notified between 14 and 7 days before the arrival.
– 100% of the total for the stay, if notified less than 7 days before the arrival.
Groups which wish to be accommodated or any booking of over 3 Mobile homes, must be notified in advance by writing to [email protected] and obtaining express authorisation. Camping Playa Brava may invalidate bookings and refuse entry to groups which arrive without this authorisation.
In the case of bookings of activities with a specific completion date, no right of cancellation exists, according to Article 103.l of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, which approves the Modified Text of the General Law for the defence of consumers and users, and other supplementary laws.
5. COMPLAINTS AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES.

Likewise, in compliance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (UE) 524/2013, we provide you with the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. By using this link, the users of the website can access the European Platform of Dispute Settlement online to request arbitration regarding any dispute deriving from the provision of services obtained through this website, thus opting for a judicial settlement of the dispute. The act of notifying the existence of this online European Platform of Dispute Settlement does not imply that Balade S.L. will accept this arbitration in all cases. Balade SL is not associated with any certified alternative litigation settlement organisation and, in the case of an arbitration procedure being initiated for a complaint that has not been possible to settle, it may decline to participate in the procedure.
6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA.
Camping Playa Brava processes its clients’ data observing the rights of people and always in a manner proportional to the provision of services.
The data provided will be processed by Camping Playa Brava, owned by Balade S.L., as Data Controller, for the purposes of keeping a record of the persons with whom there is a relationship because they obtain hotel services, booking management and provision of the hotel services requested. The data will be processed in compliance with the contractual relationship for the provision of services (Art. 6.1.B of the General Data Protection Regulation) and of legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c of the General Data Protection Regulation). The data will be notified to the Tax Administration and the forces of law and order, in compliance with Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October, which establishes the obligations to register documents and information on those individuals or legal entities who conduct activities of hospitality and rental of motor vehicles. At any time, you can exercise the rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition to the processing, portability and the right to request limitation of the processing by contacting Camping Playa Brava.
