Dream beaches and hidden coves just a short distance from the campsite — our recommended selection to enjoy the Costa Brava in all its glory. From long stretches of soft sand to tucked-away coves between cliffs, you’ll find your perfect spot to relax and reconnect with nature.
Pals Beach (1 min)
A wide beach with fine sand, ideal for families and shallow waters. Divided into two sections: Platja del Grau (right in front of the campsite) and Platja Gran, further south.
Illa Roja – Begur (10 min)
Famous for the large reddish rock in its center, this cove with crystal-clear water is perfect for those seeking tranquility and natural beauty.
Sa Riera – Begur (12 min)
A family-friendly beach with easy access and several restaurants nearby. A great place to spend the day enjoying the sea and nature.
Aiguafreda – Begur (15 min)
A small, quiet cove, sheltered and ideal for a peaceful day in nature. Its crystal-clear waters make it a paradise for snorkeling lovers.
Sa Tuna – Begur (20 min)
A charming old fishermen’s hideaway with whitewashed houses and a picturesque setting — perfect for a peaceful day by the sea.
Platja Fonda – Begur (25 min)
Hidden beneath a cliff, this secluded beach with dark sand and pebbles offers turquoise waters and stunning natural surroundings. Its difficult access makes it a great choice for those looking for privacy and calm.
Aiguablava – Begur (25 min)
One of the most famous coves, known for its golden sand and clear waters. A family favorite, with nearby services and amenities.
Tamariu (25 min)
A quiet beach with fine sand and crystal-clear waters. Its southeast orientation and sheltered location make it ideal for families and nature lovers. It still retains the charm of a small fishing village with a peaceful, authentic atmosphere.
Llafranc & Calella de Palafrugell (30 min)
Crystal-clear waters, charming coves, and a truly Mediterranean vibe. Llafranc and Calella are two of the Costa Brava’s most iconic and idyllic destinations.
Cala Estreta – Montràs (35 min)
A peaceful, hidden cove surrounded by cliffs and Mediterranean vegetation. To reach it, park at Platja de Castell and walk a short mountain path — which keeps it quiet and uncrowded.
Platja de Castell – Palamós (35 min)
Combining history and nature, this beach lies near the ancient Iberian settlement of Castell and is part of the Castell-Cap Roig nature area. With over 300 meters of fine sand and surrounded by pine trees, it’s ideal for families.
La Fosca – Palamós (35 min)
One of Palamós’ most emblematic beaches. Known for its fine golden sand, crystal-clear waters, and pristine natural setting.
